Project Description:
“FACILITATORS BOOTCAMP” is a TC for Youth workers on empowering their Facilitation skills with Youth groups.
A good facilitator, able to use tools of non-formal education and activate holistic learning can have a deep impact on the lives of the youth, becoming a guide
and spreading values of acceptance, peace, and embracing differences.
This TC will provide tools caring for the relational side of the Facilitator's work (developing empathy, ,..) but also some professional skills (Public speaking, feedback, ...), focused
on improving their transversal competencies and giving answers to some fears (facing unpredictable situations, re-generate artistic skills).
Participants Profile:
- Youth workers, Youth leaders, Social workers, Educators, Trainers, Teachers
- Over 25 years old
- Able to work and discuss in English
- Working/volunteering in an organisation with young people
- Fully committed and active for the whole duration of the Training (7+2)
- Be in a position in their organisation to apply the outcomes of the TC
- Able to disseminate the results after the TC
