Placements available:

 

Hotel Bartender:

A hotel bartender is responsible for serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the hotel bar. They should have a thorough knowledge of different types of drinks, their ingredients, and how to mix them properly. They should be able to provide excellent customer service, handle cash and credit transactions, maintain the cleanliness of the bar, and adhere to all alcohol serving laws and regulations.

 

Hotel Kitchen Assistant:

A hotel kitchen assistant is responsible for assisting the chef and other kitchen staff in preparing and cooking meals for hotel guests. Their duties may include prepping ingredients, cleaning and organizing the kitchen, washing dishes, and ensuring that all kitchen equipment is maintained and in good working condition.

 

Hotel Receptionist (Assistant):

A hotel receptionist assistant is the first point of contact for guests when they arrive at the hotel. They are responsible for greeting guests, checking them in and out of their rooms, answering phone calls and emails, handling customer complaints, and providing information about the hotel's amenities and services. They must be able to multitask, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be proficient in using hotel management software.

 

Hotel Restaurant Waiter:

A hotel restaurant waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests dining in the hotel restaurant. Their duties may include taking orders, serving food and drinks, answering customer questions about the menu, providing recommendations, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained. They must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure and have a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's menu and wine list.

 

Eligibility Criteria:

 

- Be a EU resident

- Have an up-to-date passport

- Able to commit for the full duration of the mobility

- Not currently studying or freshly graduated

- Be over +18 years old
