OTI CHEF was established under ”One Terrene International (OTI) for young chefs and people interested in the culinary field.  OTI CHEF is a volunteer based organisation and is also Non-government and Non-profit in nature.  Our main goal is the promotion of the cultural heritage in the field of culinary arts on a national and international level.  Our organisation promotes the culinary arts and assists people in the field in as many ways as possible. We aim to increase the awareness of the culinary arts and heritage through a variety of activities on a local and international level. Through continuous education and training and sharing of knowledge we wish to increase our competencies as people and as Citizens of Europe and the world.  We are not limited to food and matters of culinary arts, our aim is to give people knowledge about culture and the importance of preserving our heritage in every single corner of the world.  We aim to investigate and research the roots of our culture and promote the importance of knowing who we are and where we come from.  We support learning from other cultures and adding just the right amount of international spice to our culture, but never forgetting who we are.

 I improved my entrepreneurship skills during simulation activities and workshops (simulating how life in a community works and what a business person means to be, creating one object/service with materials from all participant countries; creating one magazine dedicated to youth). During these activities, I had to come up with innovative and creative ideas that finally were turned into actions. I was able to plan and manage on time our tasks in order to have a good output with our magazine and video. I learned how to take initiative in different working groups and I improved my creativity skills throughout the entire project.
